Wedding dresses are usually bought at least ten months before the wedding; therefore, the comfort and fit may differ slightly when in the heat. If you are still looking, make sure to factor in breathability and comfort. Look for sleeveless gowns, backless dresses or dresses with spaghetti straps for the best options to stay cool.

As well as your hair and dress, an important aspect to factor in on your big day is your choice of makeup. It will need more staying power and an excellent primer to ensure that it stays put. Ask your makeup artist to opt for waterproof eye makeup as it will be sweat proof - and tear proof!
